ABSTRACT
The article reviews the major components, in particular the investment ones, of Ukraine's development in terms of globalization. It reveals that destructive moments in the structure of investment into Ukrainian economy, as well as from it, are connected with the sectoral and regional aspects. The unreasonable overestimation of external and underestimation of internal sources of financing for investment projects are demonstrated and their orientation on the real sector of economy is suggested as the conclusion, including the development of land market.
