The article features the pot mods for bass instruments. It details the flow of the standard passive bass which routes the signal from the pickup to the volume pot, to the tone pot, and then to the output jack. It mentions the pot mechanics which moves the wiper farther from one side of the circuit. Further, it notes that pots come in various values, usually expressed in kilohm.
