ABSTRACT
The article reports on the search for a creative agency by the British Government to raise awareness for minimum wage scheme in Great Britain. The plan, under the supervision of the Central Office of Information (COI) seeks to expose abuses by employers and to protect employees who are paid less than the minimum wage. These vulnerable groups include cleaners, security guards and caretakers who are deprived of their full employment rights.
