Reports that James Andrews, state clerk for the 2.8-million-member Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), has filed with Kentucky's Supreme Court a friend-of-the-court brief in the case of `Commonwealth of Kentucky v. Jeffrey Wasson.' Wasson was arrested after allegedly inviting a police officer to have sex with him and arranging a date with another person of the same sex for sexual activity.
