Reports that municipal bond funds had a net inflow of 16.442 billion dollars in 2002, the highest level in nine years, according to the Investment Company Institute (ICI). Exclusions from the inflows which were calculated; Trend followed by stock funds according to ICI; Interest rates on municipal bonds in a year.
