ABSTRACT
The author examines the 208 T16 Pikes Peak race car from Peugeot. He notes that climbing into the car can be a challenge as the seating position is central. He recalls his experience driving the car at the Red Bull Ring in Austria in which he determined that the best corner for the car at the track is Turn 2 or the hairpin. He offers his observations about the car in which he saw that the wing lacked front-ends grip at low speed, the gear was old technology and that traction was good.
