ABSTRACT
The article describes a proposed model of leadership. It discusses the growing up, waking up and cleaning up elements of this model and highlights its importance in support leaders and executives in all levels. It also explains the concept of leadership as meaning-making and provides a diagram showing the different stages of leadership development.
