ABSTRACT
The article focuses on how to control one's hunger, which is one of primal human urges of people. It states that hunger has two kinds, physiological and reward-driven hunger, wherein the first one is ruled by the body's instinct to find the energy it needs to survive, while the other is influenced by sight, smell, stress and social and environmental conditions. It mentions that people needs to tally calorie consumption and compare the outcome with the total calorie burn to deal with hunger.
