ABSTRACT
The author discusses the history of the Academy Awards night party hosted by the "Vanity Fair" magazine in the U.S. since the 1960's. He reflects on the Oscar party he attended in February 27, 2011 where he saw several celebrities including Larry David, Cameron Diaz and Mick Jagger. He states that the party became a ground for some of the most discussed relationships in the film industry. It also presents several photographs depicting those who attended the party since its inception.
