New labels to love

WITH any new season in fashion comes a barrage of new labels looking to break into the UK market — and into our wardrobes. But how are we supposed to sort the wheat from the chaff ? Ask the department stores, of course. After all, Britain's best spend months of the year visiting shows and showrooms in they hope that they'll be the ones to spot the next big thing before any of their competitors. This year, and as a result of the demand for minimalist fashion that has dominated major fashion houses for a few years now, labels with a clean, serene approach are among the hottest to arrive in the capital. And there's a couple of wild cards thrown in there too. Here, the capital's leading purveyors of style tell us which labels we're about to fall head over heels with.
