Credit Union Association of Oklahoma chief executive officer (CEO) Gary Jones mentions their possible acquisition of comprehensive communications and integration for establishing an organization capable of serving Texas, Arkansas and the south central state. It also notes that such financial cooperatives are unprofitable.
