Aug 7 (Interfax-AVN) - Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has signed into law a bill stipulating that candidates applying for service in the law enforcement agencies must have a record of service with the armed forces or other forces, or alternative service, or have undergone military training as reserve officers.
