The article presents a perspective on corporate contract management from Mark Friedman, chief executive of Accruent. Accruent is a software firm that specializes in enterprise contract management. According to Friedman a large corporation with thousands of contracts could lose money due to a failure to remain in compliance with agreed-upon terms.
