ABSTRACT
An essay is presented on eligibility of undocumented immigrants to practice of law. It offers a history of exclusion of immigrants from the legal profession in the U.S. The author analyzes the role of juries in the criminal and civil justice systems in the U.S. it also focuses on the legal membership of the immigrants in the legal association in the U.S.
