ABSTRACT
The author discusses the benefits from using technology in any aspect of life. She states that social networking site Facebook enables people with similar interests to reach out to regarding their shared focus. It presents thoughts from some of his friends on the site on technology, one of which states that credit card payments can be processed easily by using mobile phone applications. It emphasizes that marketing and customer service can be done at its best by keeping up with technology.
