ABSTRACT
Summary: As privacy issues are considered in emergencies such as medical records, identity security, confidentiality, right of image .... but we forget the intimacy of the body, and health records, issue no less important in emergencies and that is accessible to all. Therefore raised one main objective: to determine the degree of intimacy as assessing patients, families / caregivers and companions. Method: To get there was a cross sectional study in the emergency department, with a selection criteria for study subjects. After calculating the sample and performed the statistical analysis we've obtained conclusions such as: the caregiver has a higher perceived breach confidential records regarding image and users.
