ABSTRACT
The article aims to educate the clinical chiropractor on some of the basics of research methods and the proper application of evidence-based practice (EBP) with respect to whole-body vibration (WBV) therapy and help them make the correct statements about the safety and effectiveness of WBV therapy. It refers to amplitude as the most important factor when it comes to the safety of WBV and inform chiropractors to make sure that the maximum amplitude never exceeds 1.0g to have a safe product.
