ABSTRACT
The article discusses a civil war in Syria as of June 2013, focusing on an analysis of the United Nations' statistics on the deaths of Syrians during the hostilities, as well as information on the international support for Syrian President Bashar Assad and the opposition rebels led by Brigadier General Salim Idris.
