ABSTRACT
The article reports that according to the Financial Ombudsman Service of Great Britain (FOS) there is an increase in number of complaints made to it against investment-linked products and pension in 2013. It states that investment-linked products' complaints rose by 42 percent and pension complaints by 27 percent. It highlights that complaints concerning portfolio management and stockbroking increased by 32 percent.
