ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the sale of Self-Invested Personal Pension (Sipp) and the Small Self-Administered Scheme (Ssas) businesses by financial services firm Origen in Great Britain. Pension services provider Suffolk Life acquired Sipp, and Ssas operations have been undertaken by the actuarial, administration, and consultancy services provider Barnett Waddingham LLP. Suffolk Life got 400 Sipp plans, whereas, Barnett Waddingham LLP got 360 clients of Sass.
