ABSTRACT
The article reports on the Coalition for Best Practices in Healthcare Industry Representative (HCIR) Requirements, a coalition of members of the health care industry which is designed to share practices that support patient safety and cost savings, and discusses a November 2012 CareerBuilder's survey which found that 34% of health care workers in the U.S. plan to look for a new job in 2013.
