ABSTRACT
The article reports that Kowalski's Markets nutritionist Sue Moores continued Roots for the Home Team, a campaign that encourages teenagers to make and market salads at the home baseball games of Minnesota Twins. Most of the homemade salads served in the campaign come from ingredients grown in the Garden Club community plots. Moores has been promoting food, creation of recipes and food safety to children through the campaign since it started in 2012.
