ABSTRACT
The article offers the authors' insights on building equity in a custom-harvest business. One author states that it is important for one to have a written agreement that explains how the joint agreement will be dissolved if the partnership is terminated. The authors also discuss how to expand a farm operation considering the doubling size of the business operation such as swine. It notes that animal agriculture is one of the best choices in bringing the next generation of the farm business.
