The article discusses the challenges in transitioning the farm to the next generation, considering the issues on rising land prices, changing tax policies, and market pressures. It cites the things to consider for a successful farm transition which include starting a dialogue about the transition, pulling the people that needs to be involved, and having a sense of urgency to start the transition process.
