ABSTRACT
WALNUTS, to reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes. A study in the Journal of Nutrition found women who ate 28g of the nuts twice a week were 24 per cent less likely to develop the condition than those who didn't, thanks to their high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which lower the risk of the condition.
