Wire tap used to expose Land Bank scheme

The article reports that federal public-corruption task force at IBJ.com has used a wire tap and an undercover agent to expose an Indy Land Bank bribery scheme. The grand jury has indicted Indy Land Bank director Reginald Walton and colleague John Hawkins who both have abused their positions for their own profitable interests. Mayor Greg Ballard has suspended the Land Bank program, along with Walton and Hawkins.
