ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insight on the shareholders' Say on Pay proposals for business companies in the U.S. She states that various factors are observed to evaluate the Say on Pay proposal of a certain company including the diversification of employees, attendance of board members at board meetings, and the growth of the company over the years. She adds that Say on Pay is a worldwide regulation, rules of it can be found in countries including Australia, Canada, and Great Britain.
