ABSTRACT
The article discusses the new specifications for the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Certifying Board Paralegal Examination. According to Job Task Analysis in 2012, additional studies must be provided to enhance the examination. It states that examinees must be tested in various areas including American Legal System, Civil Litigation, and Business Organizations. Moreover, the modifications for the examination will standardize duties and responsibilities of legal assistants.
