THEY are at an all-time low in the polls but the Lib Dems are celebrating their 25th anniversary in style. For a mere £10,000, 12 people can book a table at the ball on July 3 at London's Royal Horticultural Hall with a senior Lib Dem MP and their partner. I can hardly stand the excitement.
