The article reports on the decision of truck and engine manufacturer Navistar Inc. to sell certain assets of its Navistar RV operation to motor vehicle manufacturer Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV). Navistar RV is a manufacturer of motorized and towable recreational vehicles (RV). The sale includes the manufacturing operations for Navistar's R-Vision and Holiday Rambler towable units in Harrisburg, Oregon and its Monaco and Holiday Rambler brand motorized RVs in Wakarusa, Indiana.
