Pace of farmland price appreciation eases across Southeast, Mid-South

The survey further revealed that an average 3,111 U.S. dollars per acre is the worth of non-irrigated cropland in the region while irrigated cropland is at average 4,169 U.S. dollars per acre. Louisiana and Arkansas were found to see strong investor demand for irrigated tracts.
