ABSTRACT
The article focuses on history and medical discourse of Argentina with reference to Marta Lynch's novel "Informe bajo llave." The author stated that the tradition of medicine as a privileged mechanism continued during the period from 1976-1983 also known as the period of dictatorship or proceso. Due to the prominence of medical power, the postcoup literature and films of Argentina were created in hospitals. Marta's novel used the rhetoric of psychotherapy to show the regime's practices. The heroine of her novel is a protagonist and hallucinates her own kidnapping followed by mediation of body-text.
