ABSTRACT
The article discusses the increase in employment for the Millennials in Michigan. Data showed that majority of job postings are for high-skilled, well-paying positions. Damian Zikakis of Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan says Millennials can use their experiences to their benefit. However, he cites their failure to describe their work experience to demonstrate their skills. Particular focus is given to the experiences of graduates Kristina Rembisz and Matthew Debuel.
