ABSTRACT
The article explores several boot-camp workouts that are time-efficient and requires no or minimal equipment only. Boot-camp training maximizes metabolism, hormonal response and calorie burn using compound movements. Boot-camp Alpha requires no equipment, just the bodyweight. Some of exercises in boot-camp Bravo include jump rope, kettlebell swing and medicine-ball crunch. Dumbbells are the only equipment needed in boot-camp Charlie.
