Stress Management of Employees Working in MNC's of Chennai city

The article presents a study which focuses on the stress management of employees working in Chennai, India. The study found that there is no significant relationship between stress management and age factor of the Informational Technology (IT) Professionals. This study also showed that gender does not have a significant impact on the stress management techniques.
