Combination Therapy of Infliximab and Granulocyte/Monocyte Adsorption Apheresis for Refractory Pustular Psoriasis with Psoriatic Arthritis

The article presents a case report of a 60-year-old Japanese female patient with a history of psoriasis vulgaris with psoriatic arthritis which were treated with infliximab and granulocyte/monocyte adsorption therapy (GMA). The mixed therapeutic regimen was administered to relief the patient of erythema with pustules, fever and severe arthralgia. The combination are also used in remission in a case of Crohn's disease.
