ABSTRACT
The article offers a different kind of global constitutionalism that preserves constitutional values on a global scale through a dialogue between the authors of power and those subjected to power. This idea is derived from the notion of constitutional pluralism, developed in European Union legal studies, whose basic idea is that a plural order can be constitutional. The constitutional can be found in values immersed in laws derived from many sources through communicative processes.
