Ray Fowler is the author of several books on the subject of the UFO phenomenon and national director of investigations for the Mutual UFO Network, an organization of scientists, civilian and police investigators of UFO sightings. His research and resulting book, `The Andreasson Affair,' set the standard for research into `close encounters.'
