ABSTRACT
The article offers information on enterprise agreement data in the Private Acute Hospital sector, which are estimated to be 251 in Australia. Based on the figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, there are 31,284 full time equivalent midwives, registered nurses, and enrolled nurses employed at 279 private acute and psychiatric hospitals in the country. A chart is presented depicting the provisional average wages data based on more than 50 enterprise agreements of private hospitals.
