ABSTRACT
The article presents information on healthy sea vegetables which are the rich sources of minerals such as calcium, phosphorous, and iron, and vitamins. It is mentioned that the seaweed agar agar can be used in replacement with gelatin as a jelling agent and mentions it has thickening property at room temperature.
