ABSTRACT
The article discusses the "TLC Funnel Formula" that is very successful in helping massage therapists to attract clients as well as retain them, wherein T stands for traffic, L stands for leads and C stands for customers. The basic aim of T is to gather traffic or potential clients by directing them to a desired source such as visit a website or join a class. Leads are when things start to break down and relevant information needs to be provided to clients.
