ABSTRACT
The article reports on the adoption of revised policy statements proposed by the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) of the U.S. Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council. It states that the ASC is seeking public comment on this proposal to revise its Policy Statements 1 that provides guidance to the Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, as amended. It announces that the effective date of the proposal is on June 1, 2013.
