ABSTRACT
The article reports on the proposed update of the U.S. Department of Defense National Geospatial Intelligence Agency's (NCA) Privacy Act Program. It notes the addition of the (j)(2) and (k)(2) exemptions for the accurate description of basis that would exclude the records in the system of records notice NGA-004 of the Threat Mitigation Records. Moreover, the final rule effectivity of the proposal is on scheduled on July 30, 2013 while comments are due on or before July 1, 2013.
