ABSTRACT
Assuming that the main property of a complex system is the non-differentiability of movement trajectories of entities that compose it, some of its features are presented In such o framework, it is obtained a system of equations for the fractal hydrodynamics, and a correspondence with the classical hydrodynamics is established. For a particular fractal potential type (a physical quantity that controls the chaotic behavior of the complex system), a numerical simulation is performed with appropriate initial and boundary conditions. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental ones which were obtained in the case of the ablation plasmas.
