ABSTRACT
The discusses the changes brought about by the Health and Social Care Act in the National Health Service (NHS) and highlights the role of Strategic Clinical Networks (SCNs). It provides information on the different clinical networks under the NHS England including Strategic Clinical Networks (SCNs), Local professional networks, and Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs), and their functions. Information on the scope of Operational delivery networks (ODNs) in NHS is also presented.
