Why inflation is still low

The article offers information on the factors that are responsible for lower rate of inflation in the U.S. It reports that Federal Reserve is expected to accelerate the rate of inflation but it is in its third asset purchase program so the inflation remained low. It informs that the inflation will remain below by two percent from its expected target for the next coming years.
