ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the free cloud-based e-mail offerings of Microsoft and Google called Microsoft's Office 365 Education and Google Apps for Education. It says that Microsoft 365 and Google Apps have also their similarities that makes college administrators weigh array of factors. It states that Microsoft have the edge as compared to Google when it comes to the handling institution-wide deployments. It discusses the multiple contract issues of Google on moving data into cloud.
