ABSTRACT
An introduction is presented in which the editor discusses various reports within the issue on topics including the use of geospatial data for learning and in reporting projects undertaken by universities in Ontario, one on the collection of information for government statistics including raw data, and the role of data inconsistencies as barriers in the trans-national access to data in Europe.
