The article focuses on the insights of Danny Klinefelter, agricultural finance and management development professor at Texas A&M University, one of the speakers at the Top Producer Seminar regarding the lessons that he had learned on running The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP) for 20 years. Klinefelter argued that 60% of all management problems are concerned on communications. Klinefelter also discussed the significance of strategic planning.
