ABSTRACT
The article reports that Great Britain Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has confirmed that its rules on unregulated collective investment schemes were delayed to allow the regulator extra time to get the thing correct. The regulator considers Ucis to be too complex for the average retail investor and says that they need only be promoted to more sophisticated investors.
